Grandma Debbie and Grandpa Rick had a Spring Time getering on Sunday. We had lots of good Mexican food and it was nice to get cought up with everyone we havn’t seen in while.

On Monday when I put Aubrey on the Potty Chair before bath she decided to actually go potty. I was so excited and so was she, we will see if she stays interested but I have taken it out of the closet so she can start to get comfortable with it.

Well it is Easter again and of course it was pouring down rain again, so we had to do our easter egg hunt in the house just like the past 5 years I think. We had a laid back day eveyone over did it with suggar of course and Aubrey loved her little baby the Easter Bunny left her. Haley enjoyed the easter egg hunt as always.

Haley used to be really into playing My Little Pony so we drug out a bunch of them that have been collecting dust for the last year or so, and Aubrey just loved playing with them. Haley doesn’t like the big mess she makes with them in her room but I keep telling her she better get used to it since I plan to have them share a room when Aubrey gets older.

It was so nice yesterday, I told the kids I would take them to the Park down the street on Lake Goodwin. Haley enjoyed playing on this tube thing that rotates as you stand on different areas. I think Aubrey enjoyed playing with the wood chips the most she just didn’t get that she was going to get slivers, she also really enjoyed the slide even though we kept getting some pretty big static shocks. Payton is getting way to cool for the play toys so she played with Aubrey. I always find it amazing all the people that come out of the wood work on the sunny days. We had one little boy that wouldn’t leave Aubrey alone, he kept slapping and pushing her, then we had the lady that looked like she was over 40 with pink hair and must have been on some sort of drugs because she completely obnoxious. We did get to see lots of duck boyfriends and girl fiends running around spring is in the air.

Finally we get some sunshine I was loosing all hope that we would never see it again. It was a great warm sunny Sunday, couldn’t have asked for a better day. The kids played outside we went for a long (way to long) walk and even Aubrey was trying to hoola hoop.

Last week was spring break for the girls and Haley was addicted to Mario Cart since we had some less than great days weather wise. Aubrey seems to think she can play as well and that doesn’t thrill Haley much but it wont be long she already knows how to turn the Wii on and turn the TV to Video and everything already.

Okay if I am being honest this puzzle gave me some fits but eventually I got it done and the girls helped in the end. Turned out to be a really cool picture.
